Book for a Pet Hotel to Take Your Pets with You

Book for a Pet Hotel
Most of the cities that you will be traveling to are willing to allow your pet. Pet hotels are very common now, at worst you may have to put down an extra deposit known as a pet fee. These fees may or may not be refundable; it is usually a charge because they will need to clean the room for pet dander or any trace of the pet in case the next person that they are accommodating may have an allergy. It is not an outrageous fee and they will be able to inform you of it before booking. The pet hotel is not uncommon anymore so they should be knowledgeable about this information.

The Barkley pet hotel is known for being a very accommodating pet hotel. Also there are some very great others that will house.
Royal Pets Hotel

This is one pet hotel that is really great. They have been in the business for years now, and they definitely are aware of how close some people are with their pets. They offer a friendly, clean environment and experienced personnel, so no matter where you are going and what you are going to be doing, you know that your pet is going to be in good hands.

They have had kennels and cattery specially designed and purposely built in the lovely countryside, so that your animal will have lots of room to run around. You can either stay in the hotel with them, or you can just leave your pet there and go stay in your hotel. This would be ideal for the pet owner who doesn’t want to leave their pet at home but who also doesn’t want to have to spend every minute of their trip with them.

The magnificent surroundings of this pet hotel are really wondrous, and you will see as soon as you meet anyone working here just how much they love pets and how well your pet is going to be taken care of.

Pacific Palisades Hotel
Another great pet hotel is this, the Pacific Palisades Hotel. Here they welcome all guests, from dogs and cats to ferrets and rats. They even have a VIP program that includes dog biscuits and treats, bowl for food and water, pick up bags and other accessories for your pet. They want to make sure that your pet is always going to be happy and entertained, whether you are there with them or leave them to take care of your pets so that you can go off and have your own fun for a day or two.

Finding A Pet Friendly Hotel For Your Vacation

Finding A Pet Friendly Hotel
If you’re thinking about travelling with your pet, you must be wondering if there are pet-friendly hotels. Most cities you choose to travel to will allow your pet and pet-friendly hotels are quite common now.

If you cannot find a prominently pet-friendly hotel in your travel destination, try to call the hotel you’re planning to book your stay if they could accommodate pets. Usually most give pet accommodations, but not prominently advertised. Keep in mind though that they might charge an additional fee for the cleaning staff of any pet dander in case the next guest have certain allergies. Such fees are not hefty though, just have yourself informed upon booking.

As pet-friendly hotels are quite commonplace now, they’re not that hard to find. The internet is a good place to start and there are organizations that have compiled lists of hotels that accept pets. Auto associations also carry this type of information. Detailed information about restrictions or costs associated with bringing pets can be found either on these lists or at travel websites. Be aware that hotels can vary in what “pet-friendly” means to them. Some might have restrictions on the size of animal they will allow, where on the grounds or rooms pets are allowed, or how many pet-friendly rooms they have available. Many of the rooms will be located on the ground floor, close to exits for the ease of you and your pet.

It is important to check the user reviews of hotels to make sure that the hotel you choose is truly qualified and welcoming of pets. Reviews by other guests who stayed at the hotel are usually honest and will help you determine if you and your pet will be happy there. True pet-friendly hotels will also have amenities like grassy areas open to pets, food and water bowls, waste bags, and welcome bags full of pet goodies!

When selecting a place to stay, take into account your pet’s temperament as well. If you have a young or excitable pet, staying at smaller locations like a bed-and-breakfast may not be a great choice. Make sure that your pet is house-trained and will do well with unfamiliar locations before you take them with you.

There are numerous books and websites that offer tips on making your pets happy on your travels together. Planning in advance and researching your pet-friendly hotel will make sure you and your pet have a positive, memorable trip!

Travelling With Your Pet For A Pet Vacation?

Pet Vacation?
Taking your pet on vacation with you can be exhilarating and challenging all in one you. You may opt to leave your pet behind in a kennel or with your family or friends. Or you may choose to take the plunge and include your pet in your holiday. Today there are many locations that are have accommodations for pets and resources for them to enjoy their vacation with you. Be aware that picking up your pet and boarding a plane without any planning is a foolhardy approach. There are considerations that you will need to take as you choose your destinations and make your reservations.

Accommodations
Most cities that you choose to travel to will be welcoming to your pet as well. What you will need to search for though are hotels and rentals that are pet friendly. Searching online will provide you with a list of specific locations that welcome pet-owners. If you are unable to find a hotel or rental in the location you want to go to, don’t fret. Call up the hotels there and ask them if they welcome pets. While they might not advertise themselves as such, they might allow pets and might simply charge a pet fee. This is an extra deposit that may or may not be refundable; it is usually a charge because the cleaning staff will need to clean the room of any pet dander in case the next guest has any allergies. It is not an outrageous fee and they will be able to inform you of it before booking.

Transportation
Depending on how you plan on making your way to your destination you will have to check on the pet carrying regulations. If you are traveling by your own car then this will not be an issue, and you’ll be all set. If you plan on renting a car they will need to know that there will be a pet traveling with you and, like your accommodations, there may be a fee associated with cleaning.

Most carriers will have accommodations for your pets, but you will need to pay for their boarding during the flight. If your animal is small enough, you might be able to keep them under your seat in a specialized carrier. For larger animals, they will need to be put in a special cargo hold on the plane. Airlines and train carriers are adapted for pet travel and have special protocols at terminals and airports to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet.

If you plan ahead, traveling with your pet is not a major inconvenience and you can easily enjoy your holiday with your pet along!
